Dream Golftel provides paid accommodation services where guests may reserve rooms online for short-term and extended stays.

Booking Duration Options
Guests may reserve accommodations on a daily (per night), weekly, or monthly basis.

Additional Information
Each booking grants guests access to a fully serviced accommodation unit for the selected duration. Standard hotel inclusions such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, and basic room amenities are included in the room rate. Room rates may vary depending on room type, booking dates, and duration of stay.

5. Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policies

5.1 Cancellation Policy

A. Individual and Group Bookings

  • Cancellations made fifteen (15) days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made three (3) to fourteen (14) days before the check-in date are eligible for a fifty percent (50°/o) refund.
  • Cancellations made within zero (0) to two (2) days before the check-in date, including the check-in date itself, are non-refundable.

B. Last-Minute Bookings

  • Bookings cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of booking are non-refundable.
  • Guests may request rescheduling of their stay, subject to room availability.

C. Force Majeure

  • Cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or similar unforeseen events shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

D. Refund Processing Fee

  • A processing fee of Five Hundred Pesos (PHP 500.00) shall be deducted from refundable amounts to cover bank and administrative charges.

5.2 Guest-Initiated Cancellations

A. Direct Bookings

  • Guests must contact the hotel through email, mobile phone, or the official Facebook Messenger account.
  • Cancellation requests must include the guest name, booking reference number or booking ID, check-in date, and reason for cancellation.

B. Third-Party Bookings

  • Guests who booked through third-party platforms must follow the cancellation procedures of the respective booking platform.

C. Acknowledgment

  • Confirmation of cancellation requests shall be provided within twenty-four
    (24) hours from receipt of the request.

5.3 Hotel-Initiated Cancellations

Dream Golftel reserves the right to cancel reservations due to overbooking, operational issues, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases:

  • Guests shall be informed immediately.
  • The hotel shall offer alternative accommodations of equal or higher value whenever possible.
  • Guests who decline the alternative accommodation shall be entitled to a full refund.

5.4 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds shall be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days.
  • Guests shall receive refund confirmation through email.

5.5 Special Cases

A. No-Show

  • Reservations shall be held until midnight of the scheduled check-in date unless prior notice is given.
  • No-show bookings shall incur a charge equivalent to one (1) night stay or the full booking amount for non-refundable reservations.

B. Early Departure

  • Guests who voluntarily shorten their stay after check-in shall not be entitled to refunds for unused nights.

C. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to room availability and may incur an administrative fee of Five Hundred Pesos (PHP 500.00).
  • Rates may be adjusted if the new booking date is subject to a higher rate.

Not applicable. Dream Golftel provides accommodation services and does not sell physical goods.

6. Delivery Policy

  • Upon successful payment, a booking confirmation email shall be sent within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes.
  • The reservation confirmation shall include the guest’s name, room type, duration of stay, check-in and check-out details, booking reference number, cancellation policy, and payment status (whether partial or full).
  • Guests must present a valid ID and booking confirmation upon The name on the reservation must match the name on the presented ID for auditing or verification purposes.
  • No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
